Dr. Shakira Ghazanfar is working as Scientist at PARC Islamabad since 2008. She has over 16 years of diverse experience as an industry engineer, applied researcher and team lead in various national and international collaborations. She has established Probiotic Food Lab, PARC, Islamabad Pakistan and developed useful artificial intelligences (AI) based food products, preparation frameworks and food related scientific databases. She supervised/co-supervised more than 70 Ph.D/M.Phil/MS/BS students and has published papers, book, reviews with more than 300 IF. Currently she is guest editor in many international Journal. Editor of books on Probiotic, AI. Editors: CRC Press, A Taylor and Francis Group. and Springer Nature; Probiotic and Machine Learning.
