Please read the following guidelines carefully prior to submitting your abstract in the online submission system.

  •  Abstracts may be submitted online via the congress website. Abstracts submitted by e-mail will not be accepted.
  •   Abstracts must be received by the announced deadline. Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.
  •   All presenting authors must be paid registration fee on-site. Submission of articles deadlines are July 15, 2024.
  •   The submitted abstract should be based on novel data not previously presented or published. 


Article type

  •   Presentation Type: Abstracts may be submitted for Oral or Poster.
  •   Review articles or abstracts without genuine data content cannot be accepted.


Abstract body

  •  Your abstract must include the following: Title, Introduction and Objective, Material and Methods, Results, Conclusions, key words • 
  •   DO NOT include references, credits, or grant support in your abstract. 
  •   Abstracts should be written and presented in English. Abstracts submitted in other languages will automatically be rejected.
  •   Text only is to be submitted. Tables, figures and bulleted text are not permitted.
  • The methods section should provide the minimum required information on the research setting, data collection, and analytical methods. 
  •  The results presented in the abstract should be original, not published or presented previously.
  • Use the provided fields to draft your abstract. Please ensure that different sections of your abstract are entered into the appropriate textbox. 
  • Please ensure your abstract does not contain spelling, grammar, or scientific mistakes as abstracts will be published exactly as submitted. They should be clear and concise, and

          presenters are requested to carefully proofread their abstract. 



  •  Please ensure that all author names are correct upon submission.
  • Congress takes no responsibility for errors in either author or affiliation information.   


  •   The text of the entire abstract including the title must not exceed 350 words. 
  •  The abstract title should be concise and submitted in line with scientific rules. 
  •  Please DO NOT capitalize the title except the first letter 
  •  Please DO NOT use a dot to finish the title
  •   Please DO NOT use any brand names in the title
  •  Do not use a period at the end of the title and do not place the title in quotes.


Abstract topics

  •   Please choose the appropriate topic category and sub-category to ensure allocation for review by the most suitable reviewing experts in case of acceptance.
  •  You can save your abstract at any time. Please make sure to fill all fields correctly before final submission. Changes in the abstract are not possible after submission. After submission, an email confirmation will be sent to the submitter (please state your correct email address!).  All correspondence regarding acceptance or rejection, including further information on the mode of presentation, etc., will be sent to the presenting author.



  •   Following ISM congress, a certificate of presentation will be available to the presenting authors at ism2024.ir.
